Runda (born Oluwapelumi Olorunda in March 1999) is an independent Nigerian artist hailing from Agege, Lagos. Originally starting as a high school rapper and poet at age 16, he transitioned into a singer-songwriter known for his distinct vocal dexterity and storytelling. Influenced by legends like Wizkid and 2Face, Runda broke into the scene officially in 2019 and has since built a reputation for "stories in sound." In 2025, he reached a major career milestone with the release of his debut studio album, Behind Closed Doors, which explores themes of resilience and self-discovery.
